Awake the Rapper

A person called Bobby Crimo, who is also known as Awake the Rapper, is being looked at by the police because of a terrible event that happened on Monday in Highland Park, Illinois. The police have taken Bobby into custody because they think he was involved in a shooting that killed six people. The police are now looking into Bobby’s social media accounts, which have some very worrying stuff on them.

On Awake the Rapper’s social media, he has shared some really disturbing things. In one video, you can hear him rapping bad words while someone with lots of guns starts shooting at a school.

The shooting happened in Highland Park at 10 a.m. CT. The police found guns on the roof of a nearby business. A person from the Lake County Major Crime Task Force named Christopher Covelli said that the shooter used a very strong gun. He also said the attack seemed random, but it was on purpose.

According to what people say, five grown-ups got shot and did not survive at the place, and one more person passed away in the hospital. Also, 26 people who got hurt in the shooting were taken to the hospital.

Awake the Rapper’s online activity is being talked about

A man named Robert Crimo, who is a rapper from Chicago and calls himself Awake the Rapper on the internet, shared a video on YouTube. In the video called “Toy Soldier,” there is a cartoon at the start that’s texting in a classroom.

Then, the video shows the cartoon shooting at people with a long gun, and they end up lying down with blood around them. In the video, the shooter also interacts with police officers outside a school. The last part of the video shows the shooter on the ground with blood. Awake the Rapper is heard singing:

“I just want to scream/ F**k this world/ Livin’ the dream.”

Besides the scary pictures he put on the internet, he also shared a video of the parade path in Highland Park before the shooting on his personal blog.

On his many internet pages, you can find a symbol that’s kind of like “Suomen Sisu,” which is a far-right group from Finland. However, he did not talk about them in any of his online messages. Crimo was also in charge of a chat room on Discord called ‘SS,’ but it has been shut down now.

Awake the Rapper shared a photo on twitter of himself wearing a Trump flag like a superhero cape. In another picture, he is wearing an FBI hat. There is also a photo of him dressed as Waldo during a Trump campaign.

In one of his online videos, Crimo seen sitting on a bed. Behind him, on the wall, there is a newspaper with the headline “Oswald Slain in Jail,” which likely refers to the person who killed former President John F. Kennedy, Lee Harvey Oswald.

It has also been said that Awake the Rapper shared a video of a person getting their head cut off on Discord. He uploaded a video called “Smiley Face Soldier”, where he painted a soldier holding a gun with a yellow smiley face on a brick wall while the Star Wars theme song played in the background.

Awake the Rapper’s IMDb page says he is a “six-foot-tall hip-hop sensation” who is the middle child of three and has Italian roots. He also put 30 songs on Spotify. On his Facebook “fan club” page, he has 223 followers.
