What could be the name of passenger ship that would take tourists to planet Mars? Any guess would help SpaceX founder Elon Musk, who has plan of establishing a city there.

As of now it is learned the SpaceX founder is leaning toward the name Heart of Gold. He argues the mission is driven by infinite improbability and his sip is also extremely improbable.

However, the SpaceX added the acronym is not yet the best.

Musk revealed while providing elaborate details of his plans at the International Astronautical Congress in Mexico about to fly scores of humans to Mars as well as to set up a self-sustaining city there with about a million people.

In past several years he has named his rockets, capsules, engines and other space doodads from science fiction and fantasy.

He has even plumbed ‘Star Wars’ for the naming and work of late Scottish science fiction writer Iain M Banks.

The engines of Falcon rocket is named as Merlin. The Falcon rocket itself has taken name from Millennium Falcon piloted by Han Solo.

The Dragon capsule put to work in hauling cargo to the International Space Station for NASA is named as ‘Puff the Magic Dragon.’

Meanwhile, it is not to forget NASA too had worked similarly in naming, but from mythology such as projects Mercury and Apollo as well as the Saturn V moon rocket.

NASA’s space shuttles are named as Challenger, Columbia, Discovery, Endeavour and Atlantis.
