You can sign up for your over-the-counter (OTC) products at specific CVS Pharmacy® or Navarro® stores that are approved and equipped with OTCHS technology. To locate the closest store, visit cvs.com/otchs/myorder/storelocator.

How to use your OTCHS benefits in-store?

To find the products you want to buy, check your OTC catalog. Only the items listed in the catalog can be purchased through your plan. If you see a product with a blue label that needs to be listed, you won’t be able to choose it.

You can visit any authorized and participating CVS Pharmacy y más®, CVS Pharmacy®, or Navarro® store that is equipped with OTCHS technology.

NOTE: Not all CVS stores offer this benefit. To locate the nearest participating store, visit cvs.com/otchs/myorder/storelocator or get in touch with OTCHS at 1-833-331-1573 (TTY: 711).

If the store has a dedicated section for OTCHS, go there to find eligible products marked with blue signs. Alternatively, you can search for blue labels indicating approved products throughout the store.

NOTE: The prices of items in the store may differ from the prices listed in this catalog. However, the prices mentioned in the catalog will be deducted from your benefit. Products with blue labels can be found either in the dedicated OTCHS section or scattered throughout the store aisles.

You can use your benefit at any checkout counter. When you’re ready to pay, let the cashier know that you have an OTC benefit. Before they start scanning the products, show them either your member ID insurance card or a valid ID. Your member ID card is used to confirm your eligibility, not as a form of payment.

For a quick, convenient, and accessible ordering experience anytime, the best option is to visit cvs.com/otchs/myorder.

How to place an order online:

Create an account

If this is your first time ordering online, you’ll need to create an account at cvs.com/otchs/myorder. Simply click on the “Create Account” button and follow the instructions. You’ll be asked to provide your member ID, date of birth, ZIP code, and current email address.

It’s important to note that each member should have a separate email address for registration. If you share an email address with a spouse or caregiver who also has an OTC account, only one account can be registered. Additionally, you’ll need to create a password for your account.

If you require help in finding your member ID, click on the option “Get help locating your member ID.”

Make sure to save your password for future orders. To sign in again, you’ll need your member ID or email address along with your password.

If you happen to forget your password, click on the “Forgot Password?” button to create a new one.

Place an order

After logging in, you will see your benefit amount and remaining balance at the top of the page.

You can then explore the available products and add them to your basket. The total cost of your order will be automatically deducted from your balance, which is displayed at the top of the page.

Select the “Checkout” option when you’re ready to complete your order.

On the Checkout page, make sure to confirm that the shipping address displayed is correct. You can do this by selecting the disclaimer. After that, review your order’s details and proceed to place it. Your order should arrive within 14 days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information. Another email will be sent to you once your order has been delivered.
