Enter your 16-digit number card and the expiry date of your Benefits Card.

How to use your benefits in-store?

Open your OTC catalogue to identify those items that you want to purchase. Only those items will be available through the plan listed in your catalogue. If an item is not listed, then you won’t be able to select it.
Go to any CVS Pharmacy or store that participates in this benefit.
Go to the OTCHS section of the pharmacy or store to find those products listed with a blue label.

The member can swipe this card (just like a debit card) to pay for their expenses if their office accepts it. This card also enables you to pay your total amount. If your office allows more than one payment method, the member can pay half the amount with this card and the other half with the other payment method.
